Premierial Election

The election shall last for a period of 7 days, as outlined in our constitution.

Only one ticket was able to be validated through the nomination process outlined in the Constitution, as such this is more of an affirmation vote then an election.

However, since the Constitution is silent on single ticket elections, as the Admin of the forum, and the one responsible for administering the elections, i have to use my best judgment to assume that even if their are more Nay votes then Aye votes, the ticket still wins the election.

this of course will be reviewable by the Supreme Court (once it gets up and running), even though the outcome wont be effected, and also in lieu of that the General Assembly may pass legislation to lay out the process by which single ticket elections are dealt with for the posterity of the Dirty South, however this is how this election will be handled.

This Election is now over.

and being the only ticket, the Cool Egg Sanwich/Serenel ticket is declared the winner.

Cool Egg Sandwich shall ascend to the Office of the Premeir of The Dirty South

and Serenel shall ascend to the Office of the Deputy Premier of The Dirty South, and the Office of the Speaker of the General Assembly.
