EASTER EGGS: 'Special' Issues... Empty EASTER EGGS: 'Special' Issues...

There are 'special issues' that you can receive in NationStates called Easter Eggs.

These 'Eggs' are received by your nation having certain qualifications OR meeting certain requirements. For example, the issue about 'Zombies' requires that your nation was once deleted, and that you 'resurrected' it from the dead.
